About
WattSolar
We have realized that no industry can exist on it’s own and everything is connected. The main technology connecting EVERYTHING in life is electricity. Without electricity your car will not start, your home will be a nightmare to maintain and your life will go back to the stone ages.
We started as an internet and communication company in 2001. We would supply clients with first world, state of the art technology, in metro areas and also in some of the most rural areas in South Africa. Every time we had to make plans to ensure that we had stability, reliable and constant power .
So the next natural step was to start supplying electricity, independent from local or national power companies.
So WattSolar was born.
What We Offer
All solar power solutions are equal right? NO AT ALL
Although all systems use the same methodology the internal process and technology utilise differ significantly.
It is therefore impossible to compare a 5kva inverters just on price as an example. The same goes for solar panels and batteries.
We offer the best technology for each budget bracket, without compromising on the quality of the product. Less expensive does not have to mean “cheep”.
With newer technology comes advantages like longer battery life and greater return on investment as well as added possibilities like remote power management, but this does increase the cost.
Peace of mind
All equipment comes with a manufacturers warranty and is services locally.
Scalable Solutions
Let your solar solution grow with your needs.
Control your own Energy
You can decide how much power you want and when to use it.
TESTIMONIALS
We recently had WattSolar install a solar system at our office in Parys, and we couldn’t be happier! Living in a small town with constant electricity outages, and now facing another massive ESKOM price hike, switching to solar was the best decision we could have made.
From start to finish, the WattSolar team was professional, efficient, and friendly. They worked quickly and delivered top-quality service. The installation was smooth, and the system is already saving us a lot of money. It’s truly been a big blessing for us!
If you’re considering solar, we highly recommend WattSolar. Their great service and expertise make the transition easy, and the long-term savings are absolutely worth it!
Gerhard was instrumental in upgrading our off-grid solar system. His team is very knowledgeable, prompt and did an excellent job with installation. His advice and insight is very valuable and he was very good at trouble-shooting issues. We trust his integrity completely and have recommended him to family and friends. Thanks!
